not形容詞enough to～で～するほど形容詞ではない、という意味になります。
例I'm not rich enough to pay for the dinner.
私はその夕食代をはらえるほどお金持ちではない。
心が広いという表現はopen-minded, big-hearted などが使えます。
I'm not broad-minded enough to put up with that.
I'm not patient enough to deal with that.
I'm not that understanding.
I don't have the patience for that.
「心が広い」は日本語ではよく使いますが、英語では heart is wide のようには言いません。
