「この条件で」は英語で普通に "in these conditions" と言われます。料理するの際は多分 "at this temperature"「この温度で」かもっと詳しく "at this temperature for 10 minutes"「この温度で10分」の方は良く言われていると思います。
英語で料理の説明するときはほとんど "We" を使うのは自然です:
We're baking it in these conditions, so don't worry.
"It" （食べ物について）を使うのも可能です:
It will be baked in these conditions, so don't worry.
オーブンで焼くのは "bake/baking" と言われますが "cook/cooking" はどんなような料理をするでも使えるので次の文でも良いです：
We're cooking it in these condtions, so don't worry.
"It's baked under these conditions."
「この条件で焼いてます」
英語では「条件」を conditions という名詞で表し、「〜の条件下で」を under these conditions と表現します。
"We roast it at this temperature and time."
