自分で手作りしたお菓子の場合は、 I put some liqueur in ... 「…にお酒を入れました」のようにも言えますね。
例：
A: I put some peach flavoured liqueur in this cake. Is it ok to give your son a piece?
「このケーキ、桃味のリキュールを入れたんだけど、息子さんにあげても大丈夫かしら？」
B: That's fine. The alcohol has been denatured.
