ラーメンのスープは broth と言います。
whole bowl of broth で「ラーメンの器のスープ全部」という意味です。

ーThe Ramen is so good at this restaurant, I could finish all the soup no problem.
「この店のラーメンはすごい美味しいから、余裕でスープ全部飲めちゃうよ。」
finish all the soup で「スープを全部飲む」
no problem で「問題なく・余裕で」
