「ものによって食べれない」は英語で「I won't eat it depending on what it is.」と言います。お酒などの飲み物なら「I won't drink it...」を使ってください。「何かによって～」という形は英語で「depending on something ~」と言います。
好き嫌い沢山あって、お酒によって飲めない。
I have so many likes and dislikes that I won't drink some alcohol depending on what it is.

There are certain kinds of food I have to stay away from.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThere are some kinds of alcohol that I can't drink.
「私は飲めないお酒が何種類かある」＝「お酒によっては飲めないものがある」

「私は避けなければいけないある種の食べ物がある」＝「ものによっては食べれないものがある」
