悲しみを乗り越えることは、簡単ではないけどって英語でなんて言うの？

悲しみ は sadness や grief などの単語が使えます。

乗り越えることは to overcome や to get over などの表現を
使うと良いです。

～簡単ではないけど は it's not easy ー but になりますが
簡単でない事は分かってるけどと言う感じで表現したいなら
後者の I know it's not easy ー but と言うのも有です。

「悲しみを乗り越えることは簡単ではないけど、こんな風でいるあなたを見るのは嫌」
"It's not easy to overcome grief but I don't like seeing you like this"
