達成が困難な目標を設定してしまった時に言いたいです。"I've set too difficult goal to achieve." と、"I've set a high goal." 、"I've set a goal too high." の三つを考えましたが、合ってますか？ネイティブが使う自然な表現を教えて下さい。
「目標を高く設定しすぎた」は下のように言うことができます。
ーI've set too high a goal (for myself).
set too high a goal「高すぎる目標を設定する」を使った言い方。
ーI've set a goal that's too high.
set a goal that's too high「高すぎる目標を設定する」
ーThe goal that I set wasn't very realistic.
「設定した目標はあまり現実的でなかった。」
not very realistic で「あまり現実的でない」を使っても言えると思います。

「目標を高く設定しすぎた」は、
"I feel like my goal is unattainable."
"My goal seems unreachable."
という表現を使うことも出来ます。
"I've set an unrealistic goal."
「（目標などが）達成不可能な」という場合は、
"unattainable"/ "unreachable"
また、
「現実的ではない」という意味の形容詞"unrealistic"を使って、
"I've set an unrealistic goal."
と言うことも出来ます。
