（on の次に、25th など、年齢を入れてもいいですね）や

でもやはり書き言葉ではなく口頭だと、Happy Birthday以外にあまり聞かないかもしれません...。
蛇足ですが、年齢の話で、I'll be 30 years young.といった表現を聞きます。
本来oldですが、代わりにyoungとすることで若さをアピール（？）するユーモアです。
