突き当たりまでって英語でなんて言うの？

「突き当たりまで」は英語で「To the end (of a street・hallway・etc)」という意味があります。
例文
突き当りに郵便局があります。　There is a post office at the end of the street.
廊下の突き当たりに戸がある。　There is a door at the end of the hallway.

「突き当たりにガラス扉がある所まで、ロビーラウンジをずっと真っ直ぐ進んでいただきます。」
Go straight through the lobby to the glass door at the end.
「カードキーをセンサーにかざすとドアが開きます。」
Hold the cardkey over the sensor to open the door.
「エレベーターを乗ってお部屋まで行ってください。」
Take the elevator to the room.

もしくは、to the end of hallway 廊下の一番端まで、　end of ~も表現可能です

「突き当りまで」の部分だけ訳すと、
until you get to the dead end「突き当りに着くまで」と訳せます。

dead endは「行き止まり、どんつき、突き当り」のことです。
