・この三つの言い方はほぼ同じですが、例文一は最も自然だと思います。
・"be careful not to ~"を"be careful to not ~"にしたり"try not to ~"を"try to not ~"にしたりしても意味が変わりません。
・「電気スタンド」は"lamp"だけで通じますが、"desk lamp"と言えば机の上に乗せる物で、"floor lamp"と言えば床に置く物です。
Make sure that the ball doesn't hit the desk lamp, OK?
"Make sure"=「～になるように気を付けて」
"that the ball doesn't hit the desk lamp"＝「電気スタンドにボールが当たらないように」
あるいは、ボールを主語にして："Don't let the ball hit the desk lamp" と言ってもOKです。
