先頭ならともかく単語の中のRとLの音の区別がつかない、って英語でなんて言うの？

単語の最初の文字がLかRで始まる場合(RainとLaneのような)、なんとか…聞き分けられます(頑張れば…汗)。
単語の中に入り込んだりしちゃうともうダメです！(vulnerableとか、もう…は？どっち？ってなっちゃいます)
おまけにRegularlyとかは、舌も絡まっちゃうんですけど。
