as your new neighbour で「あなたの新しい隣人として」
ーWhat kind of person would you not want to have move next door to you?
「隣に越してきて欲しくない人はどんな人？」
next door to you で「あなたの隣に」
What kind of person would you not want to ....? を使って「…して欲しくない人はどんな人？」のように言えます。
