・grownはgrowの過去分詞です。
homegrownは「自宅で作った」や「自家製」という意味です。
（例）Please try my homegrown vegetables. They are fresh and delicious.
・また、grown-upは「成人」を表します。
（例）My son is a grown-up already.
・in your country=あなたの国で
お役に立てれば幸いです。
「野菜」は英語で "vegetables" 、「育つ」は "grow" 、「あなたの国」は "your country" と言うので「それらの野菜はあなたの国で育ってますか？」と聞くときは
1. Do these vegetables grow in your country?
2. Are these vegetables grown in your country?
のどちらかを使うといいでしょう。
違いとしては 1つ目は「これらの野菜は育っているか」聞いていて、2つ目が「これらの野菜は育てられているか」と聞いているのです。この質問の場合は意味にあまり違いはありません。
