100％、それが原因ではないけれどって英語でなんて言うの？

"The cause of the illness"＝「病気の原因」 "is not 100% due to genetics"＝「は１００％遺伝ではありません」 "but it is one of the factors."＝「でも一つの要因ではあります。」 ☆「１００％」という表現を使う代わりに、"The cause of the illness is not entirely due to genetics"というふうに"entirely"（完全に）を使うことも出来ます。
