飲食店のエアコンが壊れていて勉強に集中できませんでしたって英語でなんて言うの？

勉強するために入ったレストラン、エアコンの故障で暑くて暑くて仕方ありませんでした。そのため食べ終わって少ししたらすぐ出てきてしまいました。

「行ったレストランのエアコンが壊れていたので、勉強に集中できなかった。」
the air conditioning was broken で「エアコンが壊れていた」
couldn't really focus on ... で「…にまったく集中できなかった」

ーI went to study at a restaurant, but their AC wasn't working which made it hard to concentrate.
「勉強しにレストランに行ったが、エアコンが壊れていてなかなか集中できなかった。」
AC wasn't working  で「エアコンが壊れていた」とも言えます。
made it hard to concentrate で「集中するのを難しくした」＝「なかなか集中できなかった」と言えます。
