「私がいいなと思った点は〜」は英語で What I really enjoyed/liked was ...もしくは What I thought was good was ...になると思います。What I found interesting was ...も大丈夫です。
例えば
What I found really interesting about the article was the way the writer presented the facts.
What I really enjoyed about the article was the way the writer presented the facts.
What I thought was good was the way the writer presented the facts.

今回の「点」は英語で「points」か「parts」で表現できます。
「思う」→「think」
「思った」→「thought」
「いい」→「good」
「私がいいなと思った○○」→「The ○○ that I thought was good」
だから、「私がいいなと思った点」は英語で「The points that I thought was good was…」か「The parts that I thought was good was…」で表現できます。
例文：
「その点が好き」
→「I like that point」
→「I like that part」
「この点について少し質問がありますが」
→「I have a question about this point」
→「I have a question about this part」
