どしゃ降りになったり、ぱっと晴れたり、本当に変な天気！って英語でなんて言うの？

土砂降りは、a down-pouring of rain/ deluge of rain / cloudburst と言います。
晴れ上がるでは、clear up / burn off / break into sunshine, と表現します。

Despite the strange weather, with sudden downpours of rain followed by clear skies, we managed to have a great day at the park.
(変な天気にも関わらず、急などしゃ降りの後に晴れ上がったにも関わらず、我々は公園で素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができました。）

It's pouring one minute and sunny the next. This weather is really weird! 「どしゃ降りになったり、ぱっと晴れたり、本当に変な天気だ！」という意味になります。

また、少し変えて The weather is so strange; it's pouring rain one moment and then it's bright and sunny the next! 「天気がすごく変だよ。どしゃ降りになったかと思ったら、次の瞬間には明るく晴れている！」というようにも表現できます。

「変な」の部分ですが、「weird」や「strange」はどちらも使用可能です。どちらも「奇妙な」や「変わった」の意味で使われますが、「weird」はより感情的で、「strange」は客観的に使われることが多いです。
