『曜日固定、メンバー固定』は、
fixed shifts with the same team と言えます。
『私は火曜と水曜に働いています。』は、
I work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. として、
『私は毎週火曜日と水曜日に働いています。』と説明できますね！
『彼女は決まったメンバーで仕事をしたがる』は、
She wants to work on the same shift with the same team members.
また『同じ状況で、同じ条件で』という場合は、
She wants to work under the same conditions. といってもよいでしょう。
