「同時にスタートしたら、全体に勝つ可能性はない。」
start at the same time で「同時にスタートする」
have no chance of winning で「勝つ可能性・見込みはない」

ーIf we both start at the same time, you're going to win for sure.
「同時にスタートしたら、あなたが勝つに決まってるじゃない。」
このように逆の言い方もできます。
win for sure で「確実に勝つ」
