「この街には、〇〇や△△がある」って英語でなんて言うの？

ショッピングモールや公園などを言いたいのですが
thete are なのか there hasを使っていいのかわかりません。
ご回答宜しくお願い致します。

There are 〇〇 and △△ in this town. で「この街には、〇〇や△△がある」と言えます。
There has とは言いません。

ーThis town has a shopping mall and several parks.
「この街にはショッピングモールや公園がある。」
This town has 〇〇 and △△. で「「この街には、〇〇や△△がある」とも言えます。
