a random and disorganised way of talking（ランダムでまとまりのない話し方）
「思いついたまま話す」と言うことで、話が色々に飛んでしまっているのかな？と思いこのようにしました。disorganaisedは「まとまりのない」と言う意味です。
He rambles on and gets distracted with whatever comes into his head, never getting to the point.
So I don't really get what he wants to say at all.
（彼はダラダラ話し続けて、思いついたことへ話がそれ、話の核心にいたることがありません。
だから私は彼が言いたいことが全くわかりません。）
ramble onは「ダラダラ話す、とりとめなく話す」です。
get distracted with whatever comes into his headの部分は「彼の頭に思いついたことに邪魔される」となります。
参考になれば幸いです。
「だらだら話していて、まとまりの悪い話し方」は
to talk on and on and never get to the point
のように表現できると思います。
例：
He just talks on and on but never gets to the point, so I have no idea what he's getting at.
「彼はただだらだら話して核心をつかないから、彼が何を言いたいのかさっぱりわからない。」
talk on and on で「喋りまくる・だらだら話し続ける」
get to the point で「核心をつく・要点を話す」
have no idea で「さっぱりわからない・全くわからない」
get at で「理解する・…を知る」
