多い順にソートするって英語でなんて言うの？

I sorted the excel data from most to least salesは通じますね。
個人的にexcel dataじゃなく、何のデータを指しますので、sales dataの方がいいかなと思いました。
ですので
I sorted the sales data from most to least in excel
そのエクセルデータを売上が多い順にソートしました
にしました。
excelの代わりにthe spreadsheetも自然に感じます。例えば、I sorted the data from most to least in the spreadsheetになります。
