「僭越ながら用意しました」って英語でなんて言うの？

英語のゲームで、「I took freedom to prepare draft of constitution.」というセリフがあるのですが、その和訳が「僭越ながら憲法の草案を作成いたしました。」となっています。この何処に「僭越ながら」という部分があるのか理解できません。誰か、お知恵をお貸しいただけませんでしょうか？
