全文は、"Aとサイズ,形は全く同じでbの部分だけ違う材質の物が欲しい" です。例えばあるカバンが欲しいのだけれどそのカバンとサイズ、形は全く同じものがあるがそれのある部分の材質が気に入らなく、その材質以外のものがあるかどうかです。I would like the exact same size and form as A except "材質の名前" in b. は通じますでしょうか？

I would like B to be the exact same size and form as A except "材質の名前" in b. は通じると思います。でもより自然に聞こえるように少し変更しました。
size and form→size and style (カバンの形を英語で大体bag formではなくstyleと言いますね。)
exceptはOKですがbut with the b part made of "(material name)" も使えますね。
例えばb partの代わりにstrapにすれば
but with the strap made of PU (希望の材質) instead of cloth（Aの材質）
になりますね。
