こんにちは。 「曇ってる」は clouded です。「あっちの方」は over there としました。 例： It's super sunny where we are, but look, it's clouded over there. 私たちがいるところはめちゃめちゃ晴れてるけど、見て、あっちの方曇ってる。 ぜひ参考にしてください。

違う言い方を入れてみました。 The sky is dark over there. あっちの方は空が暗いね(どんよりしている)。
