また日記で書く場合は過去のことになるので
If it have been sunny then ,I would have run half marathon
となるのでしょうか。

仮定法を使うことは合っています。
"half marathon" のすぐ前に不定冠詞 "a" を付けないといけません。
- "If it had been sunny today, I would have run a half marathon."
過去形で書かないといけないので "If it had been" になります。"I would have" の文は合っています。
"," comma の前にはスペースは入れなくて、 comma の後ろにスペースを入れます。
