「お金を払ってでもしたい」って英語でなんて言うの？

お金を払ってもでもしたい事、学びたい事、などを英語で伝える際の表現を伺いたいです。

「お金を払ってでも（それを）したい」というときは、even if ... 「たとえ〜でも」を使って表現することができます。

I want to do it even if I have to pay for it.
「たとえお金を払わなくていけなくても、私は（それを）したい」

I want to do it even if I need to pay for it.
「たとえお金を払う必要があっても、私は（それを）したい」

 短くて、会話で使いやすい形です。do it の部分を、learn it / take a class / join the program などに変えられます。

* I'd pay good money to learn it.
  「それを学ぶなら、ちゃんとお金を払ってでも学びたい」
  good money は「それなりの金額」「本気で払う」というニュアンスです。
