What time are your shifts there, usually? 「いつも何時から何時まで」は、英語ではそのまま「from A to B」の形にできますが、会話では start and finish（始まって終わる）や hours（勤務時間）や shift（シフト）を使う方が自然です。特に「働いている時間を聞きたい」なら、at that shop に加えて work を入れるとズレません。
