『気になったもの』『興味のあるもの』は、私も上記の通り interest が良いと思います。もし、『引き付けられる』とか、『引き寄せられる』、または、『魅力を感じる』という表現をするのであれば、attracted to を使ってもよいでしょう。
例えば、
I tend to buy things that I am attracted to on Instagram. とすると、
『インスタグラムで引かれるものを買う傾向にある。』という表現もできます。
I usually buy things that I am attracted to on Instagram. とすると、
『インスタグラムで引かれるものを購入しています。』とも言えますね！
