「まぐれでもいいから」は「I hope that a miracle could happen and I could pass the exam」と言う意味があります。
「質問への正解」というよりは「試験の合格自体に奇跡を望んでいる」の場合ではこういうように表現ができます。
上記の表現は「自身ない答えもあったけど受かっててほしい！」という表現は二つの英文にしました。
