so good（とても美味しい）の後に、I'm going crazy（気が変になりそう/夢中になっている）を繋げることで、「美味しすぎて理性を失うくらいだ」という強い興奮を表現できます。crazyはスラング的な言い方ですが、感動を伝えるのによく使われます。
別の表現として、「夢中になっている」という意味の単語を使うこともできます。
