その困難であれば、to live with the difficultyなどと表現可能です。
We have to live with it.
また、all we have to doを主語にしても表現可能です。
All we have to do is live with it.
また、～とうまくやっていく get along with it を使って
All we have to do is get along with it.
とも表せます。
会話ではto不定詞を省略することが多だあります。
You just have to accept some things for what they are.
この場合、次のような言い方はどうでしょうか？
ーYou have to learn to live with some things.
「あるものと一緒に生きることを学ばなければいけない」＝「一生付き合っていかなければいけない」
ーYou just have to accept some things for what they are.
「あるものをそのままの状態で受け入れなければいけない」＝「（変わらないものと）付き合うしかない」
