かっこの部分をお兄ちゃんのお名前でも「ニイニ」でも変えて使ってみてください。
You tell your brother he needs to stop right now or he'll have to deal with me.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーGo tell your brother to stop bothering you.
「お兄ちゃんに、嫌がらせするのやめてって言っておいで」
ーYou tell your brother he needs to stop right now or he'll have to deal with me.
「今すぐやめないとママと話をすることになるよ、ってお兄ちゃんに言っておいで」
