できるのかできないのかはっきり言ってって英語でなんて言うの？

ある事柄に対して質問をしたのですが、回答してくれなかったため、自分がイライラしている事を相手に伝わるように言いたいです。
これでももし、回答しなかったら「無視しないで！いい加減にして！」と怒った口調で言いたいです。

「できるのかできないのか」はwhether or not you can do itとかwhether you can do it or notとかif you can do it or notなどに訳せます。例：Just tell me if you can do it or not!

一番前にjustをを付けると怒っている感じが伝わります。

「できるかできないか言って」

ーPlease just let me know if you're able to do it or not.
「できるのかできないのか教えてちょうだい」

ーDon't ignore me!  I've had enough of your indifference.
「無視しないで！あなたの無頓着さにはもううんざりよ」
I've had enough of ... で「…にもううんざりだ・もうたくさんだ」
indifference で「無頓着・無関心」
