"ditch"という言葉は動詞として使われる場合「放棄する」という意味に近くなります。
なので、"I'm going to ditch class today" や "I ditched work yesterday"などと言います。
"Already"という言葉を付け足すことで、「もうそろそろ」や「いい加減に」というニュアンスを足すことができます。
なので、嫌な状況から「早く抜け出したい」時は、
"Can we ditch this already?"などと言ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

I want to get out of here now も I want to leave this place now も
意味は同じですが leave this place は直訳すると

少しフォーマルな言い方だと思います。
また、soon の代わりに now 使うと
「すぐに」のニュアンスが強まります。
