ご質問ありがとうございます。 nanさんの英文にて「proceeded」と書いてありますが、できればもっと分かりやすい為、別の英単語を使いましょう。この場合、「deal（対応）」の完了形+過去分詞「have already dealt」へ変更しましょう。また、「this matter」の前に「with」が必要です。 そうすると、「If you've already dealt with this matter, please accept my apology.」と言えます。 already dealt with = 既に対応済み please accept my apology = 謝罪を受け入れてください = 申し訳ございません 別の言い方で「If this matter has already been settled, please accept my apology.」にも言えます。 1つ目英文と同じ意味です。 ご参考になれば幸いです。

if this has already been settled, if this has already been handled, 既に対応済みでしたら this matterやthis, どちらを使ってOKです！this matterは少しだけ、thisより硬く感じます。 I apologize 申し訳ありません。 If~, I apologizeは一番、日本語の順番に近いですが、個人的に、大体I apologize if~という順番の方が自然だと思います。 ご参考になれば幸いです。
