「就職する」は start working といいます。
直訳すると「働き始める」という意味です。
「[来年](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/42361/)就職します」は I will start working next year といいます。
start = 始める
work = 働く

英語に慣れないうちは I を主語に話すことに若干の抵抗があって、別の言い方はないのかと思ったりしますが、英語では自分を中心に語って良いので、まずは I を使いこなしましょう。

I will start searching for work next year'. This is a normal everyday phrase that can be used to explain that you will begin applying for jobs next year.
'I will put the feelers out for a job next year'. This is a popular phrase used by people who are already in work and who want to start asking people they know if they have any jobs available or it can be used by people who will be looking for work for the first time and who are exploring lots of job opportunities.

It's very exciting to find a job in the career that you have been studying for. Many people don't use their degree after they graduate. They work in different jobs that are not related to their studies.
"I just found a new job" means that it was very recently that it happened. Maybe you were searching for a long time, you haven't stated this. You are just stating that you finally found a job.
"I finally got hired" is another way of saying that you got a job. When you start a new job, the company "hires" you. Using "finally" gives us the impression that you have been wanting this for some time.
自分が勉強してきた分野の仕事に就けるというのは素晴らしいことですよね。卒業後に、取得した学位を生かせる人は少ないです、ほとんどの人は勉強した分野とは違う分野で働くことになります。
"I just found a new job" は「“最近”仕事が見つかった」という意味です。あるいは「長い間仕事を探していた」ということかもしれませんが、これについては伝えていません。単に「仕事が見つかった」とだけ言っています。
"I finally got hired" も「仕事が見つかった」という意味です。会社が従業員を採用することは "Hire" といいます。"Finally" を使うと、「しばらくずっと探していた」というニュアンスになります。
The first two are two ways that we can use different verbs to describe starting employment. Start has a more literal meaning that you will begin to work at a certain point.
