Please note, you don't say "..carry with me..." in this situation.
If you are attending an interview, it seems logical to check if there is a need to take anything along with you such as supporting documentation, references, qualifications etc.
Either of the examples above would suffice.

Please not that the proper way of saying this is to use the word "bring" because this means to carry something to a destination where the person making the request is present. In this case the interviewer is the person that will recieve such something.
Carry is used more often to when there is no person requesting anything. For example the carry on you take while you travel. This is solely for you there is no other person waiting for it.

Both of these ways are more informal, but still professional, ways to ask your question. You are asking the question if there is anything you can bring.
