When I ride a bike, my shoulder bag often slides around to my front because of my posture.
So I bought a strap to stop my bag from coming around.

この場面の回り込むですと、slide (すべる)around(周りの)←前の方にすべりながら(カバンが)くるというイメージ、で表現できるかと思います
