うまくいかない日のほうが多いって英語でなんて言うの？

上記の英文は簡単な文法でわかりやすくないと思いますが、よく使っている表現ですので提案したいと思っていました。

「うまくいかない日」はoff dayと言えます。そういう日はよくない日ですので、bad dayにも訳せますね。「一喜一憂」はups and downsみたいな言葉になります。

例文：I have off days more often than not. My life is full of ups and down.
