仕事の依頼を断る場合、って英語でなんて言うの？

1)’言いにくいのですが、依頼をお受けすることはできません‘ I’m afraid to say ~ 残念ながら accept 受け入れる、受諾する offer 依頼、オファー(←主に仕事の場面で使われます) 2)‘申し訳ありませんが依頼をお受けすることができません‘ I’m sorry but~ 申し訳ありませんが、すみませんが ↑ できない事を残念な気持ちも含んで伝えるようなニュアンスです

Thank you for the offer, but I'm afraid I'm not available on that date. という表現が、あなたの状況に最も適しています。 Thank you for the offer で、まず依頼への感謝を伝えます。offer は「申し出」「オファー」という意味です。 but I'm afraid は「残念ながら」というニュアンスです。 そして、I'm not available on that date で「その日は都合がつきません」と、はっきりと理由を伝えます。
