英訳１・２では、「お尻」をbackside、「痛い」をsoreで表しています。
映画などの「二本立て」は、double featureと言います。
英訳３は、afterを使って、「～した後、…した」という文をつくっています。
buttは「お尻」のくだけた呼び方、start to hurtで「痛み始める」という意味です。
その他の言い方：

*behindでも「お尻」を表せます。「お上品な」言い方ですね。

映画２本続けて、ですが、「立て続けに」は「まっすぐ」のStraightを使います。
例えば、「３日間続けて同じごはんを食べた」と言いたい時はどうなるでしょう？
同じごはん＝The same dish、３日間＝for 3 days （For を忘れないでくださいね！～間に当たるものですから！）を使って英文を作りましょう。
I had the same dish for 3 days straight = ３日間続けて同じごはんを食べた、ですね！
これはお酒の場でも使えます。
例えば、ショットを３杯続けて、かっ！かっ！かっ！と飲んだとしましょう。
それをStraightを使って表現すると、以下のようになります。
I had 3 shots straight.
