「散歩コース」＝「walking course」は英語であまり言わないです。なので、「When I walk the same path」＝「同じ道を散歩すると」を使います。
「出会う犬に」を「a dog I see」に訳します。一般的に「出会う」は「meet」と言いますが、このような状況では「see」の方が自然です。
「決まって吠えられます」の場合では、「always barks」になります。
カッコにある「at the same spot」は「いつも同じ場所で」と言う意味がありますので、あってもなくても大丈夫です。
