発言してもしなくても意見が通らないのなら、何も言わないほうがいい。って英語でなんて言うの？

It is better to say nothing 何も言わないほうがマシだよ！！ than to state my opinion that is not heard. 何か意見を言って聞かれない（通らない）よりは！！ It is better 〜　　than はこっちのがこっちよりマシよ！！という文を表現したい時使いやすいフレーズですよね。 It is still better to eat a piece of chocolate than to eat nothing for our lunch！ 少しのチョコをお昼に食べたほうが、何も食べないよりマシよ！！　　という具合です。
