台風は欧米にはないので、「Typhoon」（タイフーン）と言います。
シーズンは英語の外来語なので「season」と言います。

Typhoons, hurricanes, cyclones are all storms that take place in a certain season or location.
The names differ according to the location of the storm.
So you could say 'it's storm season' or be specific and say 'it's typhoon/hurricane/cyclone season'.
