「これ以上先」はhigher than thisとhigher than hereです。でも、higherは「より上」の意味ですので、ハイキングより登山とロッククライミング（登っている時）にぴったりです。「より遠い」の意味の方がよかったら、I've never been further than thisをお勧めします。
