what she's really like で「彼女の本当の姿」を英語で表現できます。

「みんなは彼女の本当の姿をしらない」は英語で「They don't know her true nature.」と言います。「本当の姿」は「true nature」ですが、この表現でしたら大体ネガティブな場面で使われているのです。
