Maeda様が考えていただいた英文の中でdon't make excusesがいいと思います。両方とも自然な英文ですが、「無用」の英訳はstopにならないと思います。
他の言い方はThere's no excuse.です。
例文：There's no excuse for your actions.
例文：There's no excuse for what you did.

「あなたの言い訳はもう十分」
ーI don't want to hear any more lame excuses from you.

上の２つはどちらかと言うと強めの言い方になります。
ーYou can just tell me the truth.
「私に真実を話してくれていいんだよ」＝「言い訳しないでいいよ」
この言い方は少し遠まわしなので、そこまで強い言い方ではありません。
