「初めて出会ったとき、あなたに嫌な印象を持ちました。」
印象はimpressionです。良い印象なら"good impression"や"great impression"などと表現します。
最初の文は主語がyou, ２番目の文は主語がIなので、それに続く動詞が異なることに注目してください。
I really didn't like you at first.
→最初は本当に嫌いだった。
少し意訳かもしれません。
「最初の印象は最悪だった」は「最初は本当に嫌いだった」としました。
really do not like ～ で「～が本当に嫌い」となります。
hate ほどキツい響きはありません。

To endear yourself to someone = If something endears you to someone or if you endear yourself to them, you become popular with them and well liked by them.
"Their taste for gambling has endeared them to Las Vegas casino owners."
"To give terrible impression." This means that through your actions, body language or words, you failed to befriend or positively affect someone.
"I thought you were an obnoxious pig!" because you are speaking about the past, in this situation, you have become friendly with this person so feel it's OK to tell them about your initial impression. Usually this sentence would seem offensive.
To endear yourself to someone =something endears you to someone、 you endear yourself to themその人やその人たちの間で、人気になる、好かれる。という意味。
"Their taste for gambling has endeared them to Las Vegas casino owners."
ギャンブルの味はベガスのカジノオーナーに好かれている。
"To give terrible impression." 嫌な印象を与える。
これはあなたの言動やボディラングエッジが、相手に好印象を与えるのを失敗することを意味しています。
"I thought you were an obnoxious pig!"
過去のことを話していますよね、この場合、恐らく相手と今は仲良くなっているので、その最初の印象を話しても良いコンテクストなんでしょう。普通はこの文章はちょっときついです。
My first impression was appalling, but now I have gotten used to you;-))
When we first met it was awful...You were simply dreadful to me....now we are the best of friends.
First Impressions last..(.an adage that is appropriate.) Sometimes we are mistaken when we judge others on a brief first impression...
The truth is... it takes time to get to know people as they really are.

If someone gets am impression of someone its what they think they are like so to have a really bad impression is not good they do not come across as a very nice person
