自分の場合は違うって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。

ーSome people can focus on their studies in a cafe, but I'm not one of them.
「カフェで勉強に集中できる人もいるけど、私はそうではない」
I'm not one of them. で「私は彼らの一人ではない」＝「私はそうではない」

ーSome people can concentrate on their studies at a coffee shop, but I'm not like that.
「コーヒーショップで勉強に集中できる人もいるけど、私の場合は違う」
I'm not like that. で「私はそのようではない」
